Something that I've heard over the years when I'm finishing up and following up with homeowners is "I was going to bring this up, but"....
"But I wasn't sure how", "But I felt intimated", "But I didn't want to be rude or complain."
Listen, whether its big, small, new, lived-in, or otherwise, this is your HOME. And we are here to help you. It can sometimes be difficult to bring up your concerns to your contractor.
But here's the deal, you have to.
I found this great article online that had some wonderful tips for resolving conflict with your contractor. Ultimately, our goal is the same as yours...we want the job done and we want it done right. Open, professional, and DIRECT communication is key. My job as your customer service representative is to make sure you feel heard, and that you have a direct line to me during the length of your project.
I'm here for you.
Give me a call today and lets talk about your home.
In loving service,
-Jessica Barmes
