Tim and Karen called us and were in need of a completely new roof. After taking a look, it was apparent that they would need some of their decking replaced as well (decking is the wood that lies under your shingles. as a roof leaks, the decking can rot). Luckily, Tim and Karen's insurance was going to pay for their job. That's great news, but it can delay things as the claim is processed. The reality is, the longer it takes to repair the roof, the more damage is done. What pleased Tim and Karen the most was our "quick response to [their] initial call and [that Nathan] came and tarped the roof, on a Sunday, while [we were] waiting on insurance" to process the claim.
