Sandy's job was one of the largest we had done. Her entire roof needed replaced...including her garage roof. Sandy's roof gave us a few surprises along the way. It needed more decking replaced than we anticipated AND had a layer of old fashion wooden shaker shingles under the existing layers of shingles (fyi: removing these things is a herculean task). We try our very best to present our customers with accurate estimates so they know what to expect. However, we pride ourselves on communicating openly with our clients if and when things don't go as planned. BEFORE we continue. When Sandy took our survey, what stood out to her most was that the job was done "in a timely manner", despite a few surprises, AND that she was "always notified of additional work that had to be done" BEFORE we continued.
